    1. a dishonest household
    2. disobedient children
    3. a drunken mate.
  4. Three things which will drive one from their house:
    1. their mate quarrelling
    2. their roof leaking
    3. their chimney smoking.
  5. Three infelicities of a household:
    1. an idle doer of ill
    2. keeping a paramor
    3. lodging a priest.
  6. Three things which make one needy:
    1. Their mate luxurious
    2. their household negligent
    3. themselves extravagant.
  7. Three things which bring a mate hate instead of love:
    1. peevishness
    2. desire of dominance
    3. the pampering of their own stomach.
  8. Three things which bring on one the worlds disrespect and their mates' hatred:
    1. lying long in the morning
    2. being stubborn
    3. bringing a paramor into their house.
  9. Three indignities of a woman:
    1. being garrulous
    2. being querulous
    3. being slanderous.
  10. Three indignities of a man:
    1. being quick to suspicion
    2. being quick to anger
    3. being slow to labor.
  11. Three things which bring on a person a bad opinion:
    1. being apt to dally with youths
    2. being greedy in dainties
    3. speaking ill of their neighbors.
