    1. a good name and report for themselves
    2. good instruction for the children where they are
    3. good progress in everything they undertake in act and deed.
  8. Three for whom when they are alive only hatred is seen, and praise when they are dead:
    1. the peaceful wise person
    2. the truthful teacher
    3. the sincere friend who rebukes
  9. Three chief obligations of a person to their country and family:
    1. to gain possessions by diligence and integrity
