PERTAINING TO CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS:

 

 

  1. Three things necessary for a contract to be made:
    1. mutual agreement
    2. mutual understanding
    3. mutual consent;
      1. and there is a fourth and that is surety given.
  2. There are three types of surety:
    1. Naidn
    2. Aitire
    3. Rath. 45
  3. There are three things in a contract which need special attention:
    1. that which is explicit
    2. that which is implicit
    3. and that which has been forgotten.
  4. There are three foundations to mutual agreement:
    1. that there be nothing hidden
    2. that there be no malicious intent
    3. that there be no coercion.
  5. There are three things due one who has had a contract broken:
    1. loss
    2. loss from loss
    3. honor price. 46
  6. There are three types of contract, all binding before the Mighty Ones and before human kind:
    1. that which is established by the spoken word
    2. that which is established by the written word
    3. that which is ordained by the Righ or Rian.
  7. Three types of profit:
    1. from producing
    2. from investing
    3. from a good reputation.
  8. Three types of investment:
    1. goods
    2. money
    3. time.
  9. There are three levels of honor price:
    1. one third the value of the agreement when one has defaulted on a contract because of something beyond their control
    2. three times the value of the contract when one has defaulted by their own volition or slothfulness, and no malice was intended
    3. nine times the value of the contract when one has defaulted on a contract by an act of their own volition, with malice intent.
